I was pleasantly surprised that I would not be sharing the treatment room as is the way in salons. The environment was lovely and clean, not overly dressed but just enough to create a calming atmosphere. My consultant, Aleksandra, was very professional but aminable. She was very knowledgeable as we discussed the procedure of the day and future treatments to suit. It was obvious that Aleksandra had a good deal of experience as her approach was confident, assured.
