I booked an appointment for HIFU treatment with Marina in Cardiff. Marina was very professional and explained the procedure and aftercare in good detail. This was my first HIFU experience. It was more uncomfortable than expected however not unbearable. Marina made me feel at ease and was very professional.

Ginny was amazing throughout all my sessions. She was able to answer all of my questions and make me feel extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!!

This was my second visit, the lady who did my treatment this time was lovely, very chatty, which is nice, and I had 2 treatments for free, which she said I should have had on my first visit but wasn’t offered.

Had my very first visit to VIVO Glasgow tonight, and tried 3 different treatments I hadn’t tried before, I was actually a bit nervous, but they were completely fine and pain free…!!! I didn’t know what to expect and I was worried about the pain, but it was fine, no pain. And Cherie is now my new best friend!!!! Hahahaha. She’s such an amazing human. We had such a laugh, I felt so relaxed and liked her straight away. What a wee ray of sunshine. Looking forward to having weekly visits just to see her wee face!!!

What a great experience. Never had fat freezing before and tried 4 paddles/handles… although results take a wee while I’m feeling good and probably just me but I think I’m seeing a positive difference already. Taylor was our …my husband went as well….specialist. Well she was just great. Knowledgeable and experienced taking us through the detail of the procedure and what will happen pre, during and post procedure. She made us feel very comfortable, her customer focus was great. I felt relaxed and looked after. Thoroughly recommend and if you get Taylor looking after you that’s a real bonus.

I was pleasantly surprised that I would not be sharing the treatment room as is the way in salons. The environment was lovely and clean, not overly dressed but just enough to create a calming atmosphere. My consultant, Aleksandra, was very professional but aminable. She was very knowledgeable as we discussed the procedure of the day and future treatments to suit. It was obvious that Aleksandra had a good deal of experience as her approach was confident, assured. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I have since booked other treatments as I was very impressed with the advice, booking system, Consultants and of course the results!

Great location with parking right outside on the street. There is a charge for parking but can pay with cash or card. Had a face treatment and I’m very happy with it. Lady there is very nice and knowledgeable. Have been before for fat freezing and that was good also. Definitely use again

I was very happy with my first appointment. I was made to feel relaxed, everything was explained well . Heather has excellent customer care skill and I felt safe and confident with the procedures. I can’t recommend Vivo enough! Isabel made the whole experience really fun, and she explained everything clearly, making sure I understood what was going to happen. She went through the aftercare fully, and answered all my questions fully. I was feeling nervous but she put me at ease from the get go! Excellent value for money, I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I went to start my fat freezing treatment here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Diana was incredibly informative and knowledgeable, she put me at ease straight away. She took the time to understand my concerns and suggested the most suitable procedure to start with, which was lemon bottle. Throughout the session, she was methodical and precise, constantly checking to make sure everything was going smoothly. I felt completely comfortable in her hands. Highly recommended for anyone considering body contouring!

This was an excellent treatment and my therapist Rayanna was bright and friendly and made me feel secure. She was very accomplished and confident without being pushy. Would definitely visit again. She judged my skin well and was efficient. Alas the RF part of the package couldn’t be carried out which was a shame, but the LED replacement was relaxing and useful.

Rayanna. This is the most emotional review I’d ever written but I cannot express enough gratitude towards this human being. She was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and extremely light handed (I barely felt anything). I could tell she wanted the best result for me, it wasn’t about money, it wasn’t about upselling, it was about what would make me happy. I initially came in to do fat freezing after a c-section, but she advised – after looking at my belly – that fat dissolving injections would be better, and when I did the research prior, she was right but I was under the impression that I had ‘too much fat’ to do that, but she told me otherwise, and I was so happy. I cannot recommend Vivo Salon enough, but more so Rayanna as a clinician. Please someone give this woman a raise or recognition!❤️

Had my first treatment in the glasgow shop this week and it was such a great experience. The customer service is amazing, Roseanne is such a lovely person. It’s more than just a procedure or service to them, they care about you and it shows. Very clean place, very skilled in their work. I would recommend it a 100 percent. I tried the Ultrasound cavitation and fat freezing procedures, very effective as well

Rebecca greeted me with a warm, professional welcome putting me at ease. The clinic had newly installed live camera & audio recording which I was unhappy with due to privacy of treatment; she swiftly contacted one of the Directors who spoke to me and approved it switched off locally during treatment. Beware you need to ask for this switched off. Rebecca’s warm, open and easily understood explanation of My treatment was amazing and put me at ease. I can not stress enough how at ease I felt and felt part of the process at each stage, finding the additional treatment around my eyes so relaxing. I left with my next session booked in Rebecca’s diary & my post treatment information on hand; happy and excited for my post treatment results.

I very recently had HIFu facial lift with Keisha who was absolutely amazing. She did a great job and talking to me about the treatment, how it works and what to expect. I recently went to this clinic for a radiofrequency facial and had such a great experience! The treatment itself was super relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterward – really smooth and glowy. But what made it even better was Nileema, the specialist who did my facial. She was so nice and friendly – made me feel comfortable right away and explained what would be best for my skin. You can tell she really cares and knows her stuff. Definitely going back again soon!

I am very happy with my results here. I have some stubborn bra fat which i couldn’t get rid of even with exercise. The amazing and super friendly Dr. Dayana suggested fat freezing as my treatment . I was so shocked and amazed with the result after just 1 session. I think the bulges reduced in size by 30-40%. I came back for another session and even tried other treatments. Ms. Nileema wonderfully did my hydrafacial and cavitation and even gave me some discount 😝 Overall, great customer experience with dedicated and result-focused staff.

My appointment on 31.7.25 @ 2pm was brilliant. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the therapist but, there’s not one thing I could complain about! I was greeted pleasantly and warming. The procedure had been explained thoroughly and clearly when appointment was made. The treatment itself was ok and not painful. I even dosed off a couple times as I zoned out to relax. The treatment room was cosy and warm and not too clinical looking. The radio playing in the background was a nice distraction which I found calming. I cant wait to have my 2nd appointment after returning from holiday in a few weeks.

Tasha was helpful, informative and in my opinion went over and above her role. Evidence of this was displayed when I was early for both of my appointments and without hesitation Tasha started my treatment early even though she was about to have lunch.. Also, what I found helpful was the aftercare information she gave which can be sometimes forgotten. All of this in addition to having excellent treatments with ongoing positive results.
