This was my second visit, the lady who did my treatment this time was lovely, very chatty, which is nice, and I had 2 treatments for free, which she said I should have had on my first visit but wasn’t offered.

Love love cherie absolutely amazing consultant and very good at her job! 5 stars always my only comment would be that there is no window so lets the enviroment down. Otherwise perfect!! x

It was my first time getting anything like this done so I was quite anxious, Kim made me feel so comfortable, she is absolutely lovely and so friendly, she explained what everything would be like and really put my mind at ease.
